We take data protection and your privacy very seriously. That is why we will never pass on your data to third parties without your express consent. You can delete your registration at any time free of charge.

1. Type of Data Collected 

When ordering products on Contrada.at, the data you provide to complete your order and your shopping cart will be saved. Please note that this data is always SSL-encrypted - your address details will be forwarded to the shipping service provider.

Please note that all of this data will only be used to process your order. We will never pass on your data to third parties for a fee or free of charge.

You can change your data at any time by logging in under "My Account". If you delete your account, all your data stored with us will also be deleted.

If you do not register, but only want to receive our newsletter, we will store the following data from you in order to fulfill your request: 

  • E-mail address

If you send us your e-mail address for this purpose, you are expressly telling us that you would like to receive our newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. We will delete your email address.

2. Use of Stored Data 

We only use data that you send us to process your order, to provide you with a better service and to be able to communicate with you. If you have registered to receive the newsletter, we will only use your e-mail address to inform you about the latest articles, blog entries or other facts that are of interest to you. We only store your data electronically. 

We will never sell or rent your data to third parties. We will never aggregate and sell data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

2.1. Google Analytics 

We use Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a digital analytics tool provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics creates detailed statistics about traffic and where it comes from on a website and measures conversions and sales. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. Cookies are text files that (if activated on the browser) are stored on your computer and enable analysis of the use of the website. This information about cookies is transmitted in a non-personally identifiable manner to a server in the United States. This information is used to analyze the use of the website, to create reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website use. The data used by Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by changing your settings, but this will not allow you to use the full functionality of the website.

Contrada uses plugins from the following social networks:

- Instagram Plugin: blue button with a camera icon, operated by Instagram, 181 South Park Street, Suite 2, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA 

If you use a function of Contrada that uses one of these plugins, your server connects to the operator of this plugin. The content of this plugin is integrated into your browser and thus into the website by its operator. We have no influence on the content and scope of this data.

If you are logged into a certain social network and you interact with certain plugins, that network can identify your profile.

If you are a member of a particular social network and do not want the provider to connect your data related to the plugin to our website, you can do the following: 

Always log out of your social network.

Block plugins via your pop-up banner. 

3. Third

We will never pass your data on to third parties. The only exception is the service provider hosting generated data. Contrada could not exist without hosting servers. Hosting servers are required by law to keep hosted data secret. Only in very rare cases can we be legally obliged to release data, for example to investigative authorities. We reserve the right to disclose information if required to do so by law and when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a legal process.

4. Cookies 

Contrada uses cookies to provide you with a better service and an improved use of the site. Some functionalities are not possible without the use of cookies. Cookies are text files sent from the website and placed in your web browser. When you return to a website, the browser sends the cookie back to the server, so you don't have to register with us again, for example. You can prevent cookies from being saved, but we would like to point out that you will then not be able to use the full functionality of Contrada. 

5. Deletion of data 

All data that you entered during registration will be completely deleted when you delete your account with Contrada. 

6. Data security 

It is very important to us that your personal information is protected in our database. Only authorized administrators have access to your personal information, who need this information to carry out their work orders.

Your password is stored in an encrypted form making it computationally impossible for anyone, including us, to obtain your password in plain text form.

7. Legal 

If you discover on our website that we infringe the rights of third parties or violate data protection laws, we ask you to contact us by e-mail or post before a warning or similar and we will remove it immediately.
